Storage
Storage	Your ground Tasmanian Mountain Peppers should be stored tightly sealed in the original container and in a cool dry place (or in the refrigerator). They will remain spicy for up to three years.

Technical
Warm air-dried	Our Tasmanian DEVIL coarse-ground Mountain Pepper are firstly slowly air-dried at 45 degC for between 20-24 hours to maximise flavour retention, and then milled for 5 seconds to minimise heat build-up. Your pepper is coarse-ground at the time of your order to maximise freshness.
