Currency Exchange Rates

1.  For Credit/Debit card users:

Billing at checkout is in Australian dollars and will be converted from the currency you chose, back to the AUD prices before you enter your card details

The exchange rates used are from the European Central Bank and are provided by https://exchangeratesapi.io.  Exchange rates change constantly and the rates quoted at any time may not be the actual rate that your bank will charge you.

Our currency conversions shown for our products are updated daily, but the use of the currency conversion tool is only to be regarded as a guide to the charges that will appear on your debit/credit card after processing by your bank. 

All transactions are converted to back to the Australian dollars (AUD) pricing prior to you entering your card details during the checkout process.  This is the amount that should appear on your credit card statement, together with your banks actual rate conversion (at the time of processing), together with any fees or charges your bank charges you for any international transaction.

2.  For Bank Transfer users:

Payments are accepted in Australian dollars (AUD), United States dollars (USD) and Euro (EUR).  Please ensure you have selected your currency prior to checkout and that you make the transfer to the correct account.

Note that bank transfer is only allowed for amounts that total AUD$25 or more.

Your bank may charge you fees for international transfers.
