Technical
Warm air-dried	Our Tasmanian DEVIL Mountain Peppers are slowly air-dried at 45 degC for between 20-24 hours to maximise flavour retention. This long, slow drying results in 'shrunken' peppercorns that are suitable for your pepper grinder or mill.
